1. Manage and administer day to day office matters.
2. Provide support to HQ staff for HR and Finance functions, including maintenance of confidential records and files.
3. Working with HR and Financial services provider to prepare necessary reports and filings as and when required
JOB PURPOSE
1. Ensure the smooth running of the office premise, including security and cleaning staff.
2. Work with HQ staff to ensure HR and Finance policies are understood and complied with.
3. Maintains the security of confidential HR and Finance records, banking and other official files and records, and tracking of petty cash.
4. Ensures that necessary regulatory and governmental reports and payments are filed on time.

1. To be the technical expert on IT systems, storage, and IP networking, in support of our applications and solutions.
2. Support sales team on solutions design and sizing, POC, and obtaining of pricing related to systems and networks.
3. Opportunity to be trained as solution expert for some of our application and solutions.
4. There will be requirement to travel within Vietnam to support customers and sales opportunities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide technical support on IT systems and IP networking, configuration, sizing, and functionalities to support our solutions.
2. Interface with customers, vendors, and contractors to ensure we understand the requirements correctly and provide the correct solution.
3. Work with sales team during presales stage to ensure solution is correct and complete.
