1. Supervise old employees and train new employees:
a. Make drinks/ foods (ensure the quality standard)
b. Cleaning and hygiene
c. Take orders and serving customers
2. Stocks and sales update:
a. Count and check Inventory DAILY => Update on the system.
b. Update input/ output of stock onIpos system (Cashier system)
c. Managing ingredients costs
d. Do the balance for each shift and update on Ipos system/ excel for office checking
3. Customer service:
a. Communicate with customers to build relationships.
b. Listen to and take notes about their complaints/ demands/ requests.
c. Solve and report issues or problems
4. Observe staff and report weekly via email:
b. Changing their working schedule
c. Working attitude
d. Working efficiency
5. Other related tasks:
a. Setting goals and objectives for personal and whole team
b. Providing an environment for motivation.
c. Creating a supportive working relationship and resolve conflicts among staff
d. Approve leave and overtime; complete or review and sign time sheets.
e. Check equipments and machinery to ensure good maintenance
f. Joining events if any
6.Working time, location: 6 days/week in Thao Dien Ward, District 2
