Nhân Viên Interior Designer Kiêm Bán Hàng (Đi Làm Ngay)

 Layout design for customers and showrooms, display design.
 Candidate enable to open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
 Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer & complaint and determining the cause of the problem. Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
 Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information (feedbacks, customers’ questions, complaining, type of purchased products,…)
 Manage of incoming calls both Vietnamese and English.
 Generate sales leads, maintaining and looking for potential customers by online environment.
 Expanding sales channel or 3 rd party channel including Interior Design Company, real estate agency by cold email or phone.
 Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
 Prepare payment request and any document to finish sales (bill, contract,…)
 In charge managing fanpage interaction by response quickly customers request or questions on Fanpage, and phone.
 Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
 Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information

-Tiếng anh thương mại lưu loát, nghe, viết
-Gửi CV qua email
-Tác phong nhanh nhẹn, hoạt bát và hình ảnh chuyên nghiệp.
-Tuổi từ 18-35. Bằng cấp liên quan đến interior designer. Không cần kinh nghiệm.
-Ngoại hình dễ nhìn. Chiều cao 1m55 trở lên
-Muốn gắn bó lâu dài

- Chế độ BHXH
- Lương 8tr – 15tr
- Hoa hồng trên doanh thu showroom
- Lương tháng 13
- Thời gian làm việc theo ca 8 tiếng/ngày, 6 ngày/tuần
- Được đào tạo kỹ năng bán hàng chuyên nghiệp
- Các chế độ theo luật lao động và quy định của Công ty
