Mô tả công việc
Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management... takes meeting notes
Organizing travel and accommodation for staff and customers
Interacts with directors and carries out their requests
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed
Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Communicates with relevant agencies to produce travel itineraries for business directors and employee events
Yêu cầu công việc
Previous working experience as an Office Administrator for 02 years
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Chinese or English (prefer Chinese)
Highly organized and flexible
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills and multitasking ability
Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
Working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets and presentation software
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Attention to details
Good problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and have good team work
High sense of responsibility, detail-oriented and enthusiasm
Ability to plan, schedule, coordinate and problem solve effective
Be willing and able to travel (business trips)

Salary: Negotiable (can be offered depending on skills and experience) and are considered for salary increase according to KPI per year.
