Sales Specialist ( Battery )

The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:
- Mainly in charge for Modern Trade (MT) channel
- Manage to plan and executive all related jobs to the growth of Panasonic Battery Business in MT Channel, South area, such as:
• Plan, manage all the sales strategy, tactics to the growth of Panasonic Battery business in MT channel.
• Manage PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory) to sales and manage stock effectively.
• Manage PSI and P/L (Profit and Loss) of customers.
• Manage the Merchandiser team to maintain the right display at shop-front, achieve coverage target and enhance in-store shares.
• Enhance the relationships with customers, continuously find new customers or opportunity to increase sales.
• Improve sales rocess, internal process, build-up business vision, communicate and motivate staff.
• Other tasks as assigned.

• Manage daily tasks to reach the companys Sales goals and objectives
• Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
• Follow up & manage PSI (Purchase, Sales and Inventory)
• Contribute to the making of annual sales and marketing plan of electrical products
• Coordinate with factory & area branch to order and supply products
• Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
• Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.)
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
• Research and analyze market trends, competitors
• Analyzes 4Ps (Product, Place, Price, Promotion) and 3Cs (Company, Customers, Competitors) with products in charged.
• Visit and solve custom clearance issues.
