Salary Range: Agreement
Work location: Pearl River Hotel (Km 8, Pham Van Dong Street, Duong Kinh District, Hai Phong city 180000, Vietnam)
To assist General Manager run the hotel to achieve objective and goal through effectiveness and efficiency of all departments and ensure that every guest leaves satisfied and we continually exceed out their expectation.
Responsible for the operation of all aspects of the hotel in the absence of the General Manager and performs specific tasks as requested by the General Manager.
1.To work closely with the General Manager in order to set company standards and policies. To Supervising the implementation about the work of all departments. In charge of F& B, KIT, FO ,IT, HK , EG, SEC, Spa
and dotted line HR
, FN, Sales &Marketing
2.Manages all aspects of the hotel in the absence of the General Manager.
3.Assigns duties to HODs and observers performance to ensure adherence to hotel policies and established operating procedures.
4.Provides training to staff and HODs.
5.Acts as the hotels public relations director and promotes the property within the hotel industry, local community and trade associations.
6.Monitor the Guest feedback on Trip advisor, Google+, OTAs etc. and surveys.
7.Receives and resolved or assists the General Manager in resolving guest complaints and service recovery process.
8.Assisting General Manager to take the minutes and translate during Morning meetings or conducts the morning HOD meetings in the absence of General Manager.
9.Ensure full compliance to Hotel operating controls, SOP’s, policies, procedures and service standards.
10.Ensures the objectives and goals of company to achieve brand positioning and success.
11.Builds proactive communication, setting and managing expectations and delivering solid business results.
12.Performs daily, weekly and monthly property inspections.
13.Builds strong working relationships and communications with hotel staff, HODs and other departments to ensure maximum operating effectiveness and fulfillment of special event need.
14.Monitor maintenance progress and FF&E (Furniture, Furnishings, and Equipment) conditions and provide status report to GM.
15.Performs sudden audits on guest rooms which are ready to sell for guests and other operating areas.
16.Provide effective leadership to hotel team members.
17.Ensures effective, timely and accurate communications flow with regards to hotel policies and procedures.
18.Must be available 24/7 in case to respond to any guest or employee emergencies.
19.Corporate client handling and take part in new client acquisition along with the sales team whenever required.
20.To undertake any other duties directed by the General Manager
