1. Position Summary Responsible for Phone Verification Department’s activities to check the quality of consumer credit to ensure they meet the requirement of MAFC’s rules and regulations as well as assist other Risk Departments to maintain credit risk within relevant range in accordance with MAFC’s objectives. 2. Essential Job Functions - Lead a team of about 80-100 Phone Verifiers and the Team leaders. - Manage team productivity to eliminate pending and enhance efficency. - Ensure compliance with the credit policies and UND manual. - Responsible for on time hiring, training as well as coaching the team members. - Enhance and optimize phone verification process to decrease processing time and increase productivity while ensuring credit quality. - Manage the quality of phone verification by monitoring recordings and holding sharing sessions for best practice/role model. - Enhance the scripts as required from time to time by Manager/ Dept. Head. - Other duties as assigned by Dept. Head/ Dept. Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Minimum 3 Years of underwriting managing experience in unsecured loan product at the same position. 2. Experience of underwriting concepts, practices, procedures and skill in unsecured loan field. 3. Good at English in both writing and speaking skill. 4. Strong people management skills along with demonstrated leadership qualities. 5. Well perform hands-on tasks. 6. Integrity, positive thinking. 7. Good adaptability.
