- Work closely with programmers/developers to integrate dynamic functions programmed in Demandware into frontend functionalities
- Produce and test cross-browser compatible code
- Participate in large-scale digital project development for worldwide leading companies on various business domains.
- Analyze requirements, implement features in specification documents.
- Follow improvement suggestion from technical lead/senior based on code review.
- Write clean and maintainable code using engineering best practices (unit testing, source control, continuous integration, design patterns, etc.). Comply with the coding standards (SDLC guidelines) - Unit Tests; Follow coding standards
- Provide estimates for development effort with support of senior.
- Come up with suggestions, raise early any concerns to Tech lead / Project Manager

- Work directly with Product Manager to develop product roadmap in detail including feature list, feature requirements and wireframing the UI following product roadmap.
- Manage & execute product development plan to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope
- Collaborate with developers, partners and customers to build websites and services that meet business and program objectives
- Gather business requirements, manage website implementation and serve as the technical project manager throughout the event lifecycle. This includes but not limited to managing expectations, documenting website features, creating user guides, participating in testing and generally owning user acceptance of new features

- Transfer requirement & work closely with development team and third-parties to design, validate, and manage the implementation of the solutions to requirements
- Maintain the updates of the documents, wireframe developed during the requirement collection, analysis, system/application design
- Research and analyze user behaviors from data analytics report to improve product
- Keep updates with new technologies for product, UI/UX trends.
- Testing: Work in conjunction with the business users and development team/QA team, responsible for the business requirements verification and user acceptance test. Support A/B testing with marketing team
- Training: Use obtained knowledge during the requirement analysis and systems/applications implementation to make userguide and deliver user training
- Support: assist to deliver the system/applications to users
- Reports: user acceptance test reports.

TRAINING

Be responsible for Training Needs Analysis to develop yearly training programs
Conduct necessary analysis to come up with recommendations for learning initiatives
Source training service providers to generate training contents and follow up on the process to develop training programs
Organize training classes upon planned including logistics arrangement and procurement process
• Conduct and organize orientation training/on-boarding process for new staffs
• Design and prepare Training and Development communication as well as training materials
