Mô tả công việcMarket & Customer Understanding
• Collect information about market, market demand, competitor status, and alternative products.
• Visit market and regional Customer to take experience and information
• Position products and understand company product system
• Understand customer behavior and demand.
• Supervise regional sales & marketing activities of both us and competitors.
• Seek out new marketing opportunities that fit with the brand and maximising all opportunities for growth.
PR & Communication
• Driving brand awareness across various categories and products via all communication tools & channels.
• Working alongside the social media & other communication channels to generate new ideas for content to drive communications.
• Planning all content and maintaining the content calendar ensuring all content is regular, relevant and engaging with the direction of marketing from company
• Monitoring the success of the community and of social media in terms of the overall marketing strategy.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to relay customer feedback insights gained from reasonable conversations within the community.
• In charge of all responsibilities related to company events.
Operate Marketing Plan & Execution
• Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns.
• Using the full marketing mix for the company’s marketing communications
• Monitoring ongoing campaign spend against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of all in charged marketing activity.
• Developing and implementing an internal marketing programme
Do analysis and report
• Do report in time, follow as functions, missions and whenever needs.
• Producing an accurate summary of total spend at the end of a marketing campaign.
• Undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met.
• Assisting in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting, with particular reference to pricing, presentation and promotion
Yêu cầu công việc• Bachelor/ Master degree in specialized in Marketing, Communication, Commerce and Economy or similar
• Minimum of 1-2 years of Journalism and/or marketing communications or similar
• Proven track record of contributing to event & communication campaign and activities; and have good knowledge of relevant channels, tactics and success criteria;
• Experienced in supporting collaborators to deliver a consistent message throughout the communication journey and customer/market feedback.
• High experience with handle communication crisis, relationship with partners and customers, especially in PR & communication partners & agents.
• Experience with Internal & external marketing in Engineering, Infrastructure and building materials, and/or take part in building project is preferred
• Flexible brainstorming and be proactive
• May have mind set in market research and analyze, develop market and enhance branding level.
• Skill of setup strategic plan and optimize it.
• Sound understanding of marketing principles
• Strong copywriting skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas
• Excellent in speaking and writing in both Vietnamese & English.
