Product Content Coordinator

WORK LOCATION: 33 Le Trung Nghia, Ward 12, Tan Binh District, Ward 12, HCMC, Vietnam
DIRECTLY REPORTING TO: Head of Product
***PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF ROLE
The TOI Content Writer is responsible for the Product Department. The TOI Content Writer will help develop, consolidate and otherwise organize a library of professional e-documentation to include hotel profiles, guide profiles, country & destination descriptions and other materials as determined by the Project Sponsor.
The TOI Content Writer will create fresh content for all visual elements that support Trails of Indochina’s marketing, advertising, promotion, event and campaign initiatives. The Content Writer will initiate and oversee all marketing content, both internal and external, across multiple channels to engage and drive positive customer behavior.
***RESPONSIBILITIES
**Content Writer
• Write country introduction/trip summaries on daily basis
• Co-ordinate with other Departments within the company including Product, Contracting and Sales with producing new promotional packages and itineraries for individual markets/segments.
• Create content for promotion trips and trade shows/travel materials of Southeast Asia countries.
• Communicate and update company’s information, innovations and promotions on all consortia and mega agencies.
**Content Development
• Accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver sales and customer retention. This includes blog posts, social media posts, flyers, website content…
• Leveraging market & destination knowledge to develop content themes/topics and execute a plan to develop the assets that support a point of view and educate customers.
• Writing, researching and/or editing product descriptions, destination information or other content or documentation as needed
Branding:
• Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including online, social media, email, point of sale, video, print....
• Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to decide upon material and graphics for documents
Additional Responsibilities
• Proofread materials before publication
• Assist the product team with administrative and product-related matters
• Regular reporting with Regional Product Manager
• Other tasks as assigned by Regional Product Manager
