*** Position summary:
The main role of the Product Information Manager is to lead the brand management for both existing and new products (Food Supplements/Cosmetic), development of key marketing
strategies to maximize the full values of the designated brand(s). He/she is also responsible collaborate with distributor to drive for result.
***Key responsibilities and duties for this job
- Product management
•Initiate and conduct market and brand development plan for the assigned Food Supplement/Cosmetic(s) as per the product development strategies.
•Responsible for providing the Market Facilitator team/ Distributor with the necessary information to enable them to facilitate brand performance in the market. This information involves printed and electronic promotional material, product training, and relevant clinical papers.
•Responsible for reviewing product data to ensure that the Market Facilitator team is kept up to date on new developments regarding the companies or competitor products.
•Act as point of first reference for all product related enquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues to address any issues that may arise.
•Close liaison with the field force to assess the response to and suitability of current promotional material and to ensure that the printed promotional material is being used optimally.
•Assist with the development of the annual marketing plan and for controlling advertising, promotion aids in accordance with the annual marketing plan.
•Liaise with agencies regarding promotional materials, brand reminders, conferences etc.
•Developing product life cycle management plan and execution for existing product(s) with the purpose to help reduce time to market and improve product quality.
•Report on frequent basic (weekly and/or monthly) on Launch and/or post launch KPIs.
•Closely monitor all brands’ performance as well as competitive scene and market intelligence in all channels.
•Analyzing market database, consumer insights, guideline from clients to define right segmentation, targeting, positioning for all the brands in charge.
•Coordination of national marketing activities with activities of HQ and maintain networking- key contact with the Marketing team in Italy.
•Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key opinion leaders in their professional fields.
•Other administrative duties as required relating to Marketing and Product Information Management.
•When appropriate, develop and put forward business cases to address issues or opportunities in the market (i.e. new market for ITF products or new demand for discovery). Screens potential business opportunities by analyzing internal marketing strategies, local requirements/potential, and evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending actions.

•Every staff of Lifepharma/Italfarmaco is accountable for assuring compliance’s rules & ethic code to strengthen the company’s image.
•Ensure all the activities must comply with relevant acts, legal demand and ethical standards and in line with the overall action plan of the Rep. Office.
