1. Main activity
• Actively research and develop partnerships to operate hotels under brands managed by OHMC
• Create and update OHMC efficient Development Kit including brands presentation, Odyssea Hospitality Management expertise, added values and benefits
• Create and provide presentation and selling tools to OHMC team and Hotels on how to promote our brands and our hospitality management expertise
• Ensure comprehension of company hotel brands with desired image and position, assure positioning amongst potential investors.
• Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.
• Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners needs and goals
• Establish feasibility study and submit project and brand validated by VP to CEO
• Close deals on Hotel Management Agreement following Company’s terms and strategy with formal MOU and HMA
• Recommend Business Model and investment whenever applicable
• Follow up application and terms of HMA : Payment, providing Branding, study and technical support, inspection …
• Follow up with all parties (designers, architects, project management, suppliers, owners…) the construction and opening of hotels on time. Assist to key meetings and follow up required inspections
• Set up and support Operating Preopening team and activities and liaise with owner representatives accordingly.
2/ Relations
• Coordinate, primarily, with the real estate developers having hospitality program intention, investment bankers, Asset Management Company, individual Hotel / Asset owners looking for Management initiatives or consulting
• Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities...
• Build up a comprehensive contact portfolio from all industries sector capable of bringing new business opportunity for the company including Governmental and Media contacts
• Act at any time as a company and Brands ambassador and enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
• Protects organizations value by keeping information confidential
• Build and maintain an excellent trustable and durable relation with every parties and especially hotel owners and representatives
3. Market trend
• Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments
• Active participation in the creation , exposure and deployment of appropriate new brands or projects managed by the company
• Regularly conduct market research & monitor trend and coordinate and oversee this activity
• Keep informed of developments of the Competitors, new destination, or zone revamping
4. Planning and budgeting
• Responsible to create a comprehensive Business Plan encompassing yearly network expansion, location scouting and targeted selection, travels plan, forecasted incremental revenue
• Responsible for the achievement of development mission, goals and financial objectives.
• Recommend and develop short and long-term plans, budgets goals and objectives to the CEO
• Develop, implement and monitor systems and procedures necessary to the smooth operation of development function
• Establish monthly reporting on achievement , Potential business , competition and trend
