• Trước bán hàng:
 Thực hiện hoạt động chia sẻ, coaching sản phẩm, kỹ năng ở quy mô chi nhánh.
 Chịu trách nhiệm đào tạo trực tiếp cách tư vấn sản phẩm thông qua hoạt động JFW.
 Hướng dẫn quy trình hồ sơ, song song với thực hành trực tiếp cho lực lượng bán hàng trực tiếp tại chi nhánh.
 Hướng dẫn sử dụng công cụ hỗ trợ bán hàng từ Prudential: Prudaily, Pruconnect, Lead Tracking System…
• Trong bán hàng:
 Cùng lực lượng kinh doanh của đối tác, tiếp cận khách hàng tư vấn sản phẩm, chốt hợp đồng.
• Sau bán hàng:
 Chịu trách nhiệm hỗ trợ các nghiệp vụ của hợp đồng bảo hiểm, các giao dịch bảo hiểm của khách hàng với Prudential: hỗ trợ phát hành hợp đồng, hợp đồng hủy, bổ sung thông tin, khiếu nại, giải quyết quyền lợi bảo hiểm...
 Phối hợp chi nhánh và lực lượng kinh doanh chăm sóc khách hàng của chi nhánh.
• Các hoạt động khác:
 Triển khai/ hỗ trợ triển khai các hoạt động bán hàng tập trung: GP, workshop bán hàng, …
 Các công việc khác theo điều phối của quản lý trực tiếp BSM.
 Xây dựng quan hệ với đối tác và nội bộ hiệu quả, nhằm hỗ trợ hoạt động kinh doanh bảo hiểm tại ngân hàng.

Working with Prudential as a Sales Recruitment Senior Officer means you will be is responsible for the whole recruitment activities follow PEDC goals & objectives.
• Develop a recruitment plan for PEDC (Pru Elite Development Center) to meet monthly target & requirements
• Manage the full life cycle recruitment process from identification, interview preparation and closing.
• Work closely with BDM, Leaders in all recruitment activities
• Responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels: social network, job sites, referral program, career fair,
• Cooperate with other team members to hold/ take part in recruiting events/ campaigns.
• Search, review resumes, phone screen, arrange interview and do reference checks
• Proactive contact and build good relationship with candidates
• Take action to improve recruitment quality to meet short and long term resources needs.
• Other tasks assigned by the Line manager or Company’s management (if any).

1. Providing advice to business functions on complying with prevailing regulations and company’s policy (including those of PCA)
2. Reviewing insurance products, ensuring all designs, features, and conditions are duly compliant with regulations and are fair and transparent
3. Engaging in review and support business in design & execution of policies/procedures/processes in compliance with PCA requirements.
4. Compliance Monitoring & Assurance: Engaging with functional departments to (i) implement new compliance requirements (ii) monitor status of actions until the actions are completed (iii) perform compliance status check (iv) escalade noncompliance issues to management and regional.
5. Compliance Reporting: being in charge of regulatory, regional and PVA reports.
6. Training and Educate: being in charge of training program requested by regulators and regional.
7. Support in other matters related to compliance and other project relevant to compliance functions as requested by line manager.

- To prepare monthly management performance pack of Prudential (PVA)
- To prepare quarterly IFRS financial statements on Hyperion Financial Management - HFM and other disclosure reports required by PCA.
- To prepare Solvency II, ECAP Balance Sheet and other Solvency II disclosures (QRTs).
- To check accounts to ensure matching between account balances and detail schedules or reconciliations from Accounting after closing book.
- To prepare annual budget Balance Sheet and Income Statement under VAS, PCA statutory standard and IFRS. Prepare forecast and reforecast of budget Balance Sheet and Income Statement (4+2, 5+1, 6+6, 10+2, 11+1).
- To prepare monthly solvency position to the management and PCA. Forecast solvency position upon request by the management.
- To be coordinator for Sarbanes-Oxley Act Section 404 compliance of PVA
- Creating additional analyses and reports as requested by management.

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop products/product solutions to meet customers’ needs and in alignment with the product calendar approved by local Product Steering Group.
• Conduct market survey, competitive analysis, product gap analysis, and sales survey focus group to understand customer’s needs.
• Prepare Product Feasibility Assessment (PFA), and work with Actuary for the Product Submission Document (PSD) and support Actuary and Government Relation for the submission to PCA and MOF.
• Discuss with reinsurers/operations to get the best design and most reasonable premium rate together with ACT
• In charge of training materials, take ownership and implement the first training to sales and training.
• In charge of product content in marketing materials (on and offline), sales tools, GP slides and make available for product training and customers.
• Coordinate with OPS, IT, Actuary, Compliance, Legal, training, distribution, etc… for the implementation of new products/new features.
• Coordinate with Branding & Campaign, Corporate Communication, Digital, Sales Compensation, and other partners to promote new products/initiatives in a cost-effective manner via multiple channels such as media, internal and external events, ecommerce, sales contest, etc…
• Coordinate with all sales channels for the product launches using multiple communication channels.
• Prepare for PSG monthly meeting with regular updates, key issues and solutions and in compliance with TOR
• Prepare materials and support for product workshop as requested by sales force.
• Conduct post-launch review and take corrective actions to ensure product salability after launching.
Key Accountabilities:
• Lead and drive the product Implementation team to deliver products/projects as planned.
• Act as the key coordinator to launch the products with various stakeholders
• Closely follow up and take actions to ensure products/projects launched meet targeted KPI
• Continuously review and enhance product solutions to be competitive and innovative in the market.
• Echo customer voice to ensure that PVA’s product/product solutions meet customer needs and expectation.
• Develop a strong team to work with Distributions/Training/Bank partners and build a successor

• Account booking, monitor and ensure all the investment transactions of Unit Link and Universal Life fund and Pension Fund are completely posted into system.
• Prepare and calculate the unit price for investment link funds weekly
• Review and check interest accrual for bonds, term deposit.
• Prepare and reconcile the Net Transfer Report & Unit Allocation Report and arrange for funds to be transferred for investment.
• Monitor cash level for Unit Linked Fund and Universal Life and Pension fund to make payment for expenses.
• Check the compliance report to make sure the investment activities are in line with local regulations and internal policy.
• Check and reconcile trial balance with custodian bank to make sure all data is fine.
• Prepare investment reports:
• Prepare QIC materials and support on organizing and taking minutes for QIC meetings.
• Others: to be assigned by the Line manager or Company’s management (if any)

1. Planning: Collaborate with ATD/GAD/Leaders in planning sales & training activities including OB, BOP, GP, Meeting, Event …in the assigned General Agency’s on monthly basis.

- Involve and engage in all organization and people changes within their focused business line including HR policy advice, people related affairs and legal process management (termination, compensation process, etc.).
- Implement all compulsory people change processes; ensure compliance with labor law and the HR policies, internal rule and regulation, termination process etc., where appropriate
- Reinforce High Performance Culture across divisions by coordinating with CoE and TLT through training, workshops to staff and people manager about performance and compensation management.
- Support cultural changes across the team through a variety of different methods, including implementing action plans following the Staff Survey.
- Provide advisory, solution to Partners on how to manage resources effectively and be on track with headcount, personnel cost budget, Good and Poor Performers through different process (PIP, IDP, and Retention).
Employee Management
- Closely work with CoE team to ensure that all HR policies and procedures are regularly reviewed and continue to reflect both up-to-date employment law and best practices.
- Be responsible for organizing regular HR training sessions/ workshops to provide line managers with the latest information on HR policies, process and guidelines.
Remuneration Practice
- Liaise with all Managers to ensure that all job descriptions are updated.
- Support business heads on compensation decisions to follow salary structure.
- Be responsible to conduct Market Intelligence Data Collection (Mercer, Towers Watson, Recruitment, networks).
