- Perform Brand’s Services behaviours in daily operation basic towards the guests
- Ensure consistency service within the department
- Sharing guest feedback to the team
- Manage all requests made by guests, or special request from guest that your staff reported to you
- Checking set up, cleanliness cushions, decoration in public area.
- Reports damaged and loss all items belongs to public area.
- Coordinate with Engineer in maintenance,
- Coordinate with Gardeners, Pest control in controlling landscape and pest.
- Conduct and record deep cleaning, high cleaning and special cleaning method.
- Perform Room allocations
- Perform Room inspections
- Liaise with Front Office for guest and hotel requirements
- Manage all special requests made by guests
