1. Customers and Market Intelligence: For Foodservice channel
- Be up to date with the latest development in Foodservice channel: QSR, Horeca and Chocolatiers
- Develop solid understanding of the market current situation and trends for Bakery / Patisserie / Chocolate – in particular for Key Accounts and Key Development Accounts
- Put in place the system of managing customer profile & sales history & trade terms; and implementing with the team.
- Aware of any move from competitors on the market; Put in place a system of updating competitors’ information to Management Team, with proper analysis and proposal for proper actions.
2. Business Management
- Monitor Foodservice channel and account sales and profitability results versus budget and make sure corrective actions are defined and implemented in case of deviations versus objectives
- Monitor sales team to execute all sales tasks including customer follow-up, promoting current and new products, maintaining the existing customer, taking care of current and new customer visit, co-operating with other department (Technical, R&D, MKT, Operation) to ensure a smooth business with customers
- Build up annual budget for the department in both sales and expenses and supervise the implementation of budget performance.
- Be proactive in proposing policies and actions in order to push the sales volume and motivate the sales team, for example promotion program, bonus policy…
- Put in place a procedure of evaluating productivity of sales team, following the Dashboard.
- Organize a central customer project list on CRM and keep this up to date
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Build multi-bridge relationships with key persons in KAs & KDAs Foodservice organization; Ex – Chefs, Pastry Chefs, General Management, Buyer, R&D & Technical.
- Assure regular contact to develop current and new business
- Set up yearly business reviews with the Key Accounts and Key development Accounts
4. Others
- Create network and exchange with sales community in the Puratos Group
- Maximize the usage of Regional and HQ resources where necessary
- Together with Marketing Dept to set up and implement the communication strategy in order to increase the awareness and perception of our brands on the market.
- Cacao-trace: Fully understand, implement and communicate effectively the strategy to the market in strong collaboration with Marketing Cacao-trace team.

1. Develop & deliver annual marketing strategy in accordance to company strategy.
2. Lead marketing team to develop marketing activities by SBU (Chocolate, Bakery & Patisserie) and by LOB
(industry & ice cream, foodservice, supermarkets and artisans & distributors).
3. Develop annual marketing budgets and ensuring the expenses is within the budget.
4. Attract, develop and retain the best people and foster an environment that allows the team to fully use
its capabilities in achieving desired business results.
5. Drive the country towards marketing excellence through the adoption of the Regional and Groups
Product Management and customer engagement framework.
6. Lead marketing team to launch international & local innovations and to exchange best practices with
other countries in the region, and in coordination with the Sales, Technical and R&D team.
7. Lead marketing team to develop and execute annual communication plan, customer events (innovation
days, exhibitions, seminars, trainings and fairs), sales and marketing tools & ensuring these to be
distributed through the right internal/external channels.
8. Lead marketing team to collect market intelligence information in coordination with Business
Development team, and from there translate these market intelligence into actions in developing
market opportunities and/or up-date the product mix.
9. Drive the innovation strategy and manage innovations roll out in the country liaising with regional
marketing.
10. Implement Category Management in collaboration with the supermarket teams.
11. Play the role of Product Manager for Chocolate SBU; including managing communications on the unique
positioning of Cacao Trace.
12. Demonstrate & live up the Puratos Magic culture within the company.

JOB SUMMARY
1. Accelerate the local country’s growth and achieve the Budget turnover through establishing and executing customer marketing program which directly contribute to Sales, Brand recognition and Customer satisfaction

CORE TASKS
- Assit in developing and implementing of Customer Communication Plan for all Channels – Artisan, Foodservice, Retail, Semi-industry, Industry
- Assit in implementing of Customer Marketing Plan tailor to each Channel, Key Accounts
- Main Responsibility for all digital marketing, e-commerce & branding
- Assist in consumer survey / market research to market knowledge (market share, market trend, competitor analysis, market evolution
Customer Communication
- Assist in developing customer communications plans which include 1 to 1 communications, online communications, on ground event, PR to support the launch of the new product
Customer Marketing
- To develop effective customer marketing approach to enhance successful product launches for general market & key account.
- Assist in organizing product training, market trend for Distributors / Key Account
- Assist in Organizing local customer events – Customer Innovation Day
Digitalization
- Work closely with agency to push up local digital tools and develop content management relevant to key product focus
- Assist in executing digital communication plan via social media platform & other relevant digital approach
- Pro-active work with regional / head quarter to connect, adapt available digital material/ campaign. Key leader in implementing new digital approach from Group to Local
- Offer creative proposal for customers to develop business as well as relationship.
