1. Execute sourcing strategy and business plan that meets the needs and requirement of our sales team and our customers. Define Internal needs, analyze market conditions and implement procurement strategies to assure supply, competitive price and improve business partner satisfaction under company’s sourcing strategy and process. 2. Has strong skills in price/contract negotiation, PO management , system daily operation etc. Aggressively negotiate absolute best pricing, terms and conditions. 3. Maintain collaborative relationships with suppliers and interiors, while effectively resolving supplier performance/capability issues to ensure alignment with company direction. 4. Drive continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management. Offer new innovative, entrepreneurial ideas, practices and processes that drive continuous improvement for company. 5. Support merchant team in managing and get a new merchant to provide product/service to customers. 6. Work with cross functional team closely to run a campaign. 7. May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
