Mô tả công việc
Purchasing Executive is responsible for needs / resources balance (MRP,...) for all articles by managing the customers needs and the replenishment backlog. Ensure products availabilities by taking actions to solve backorders and shortages. Analyze stock discrepancies and perform adjustments.
Purchase Orders Management
–Issue and communicate Purchase Orders to Suppliers daily.
–Manage all suppliers and negotiate about the production time, leadtime, pricing, contract, credit term/commercial terms and incentive/debate scheme where applicable, in the coordination with product management team.
–Follow up and update order status information into the system: delivery time, supplier information, supplier article, purchase price, Vietnamese name, …
–Get order confirmation from suppliers and support Logistics team for next steps.
–Follow up with suppliers on delivery performance and shipment discrepancy
–Pull in/out PO with suppliers to control gross inventory.
–Work with other departments for goods arrival plan
–Prepare payment request.
–Provide the daily supports to sales & customer services team in regard leadtime, freight (SEA/AIR/DHL,..) and imcoming goods information
–Together be responsible for the stock value, stock turn, stock availability within the Category
–Manage the related documentation and infomation
–Complete any extra tasks assigned by supervisors/managers
–Coordinate with supply and demand planners on critical supply issue for root cause analysis and preventive action.

-Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
-Be the representative for Häfele for contacts of suppliers. Be professional in Häfele code of conduct and live on Häfele values (follow the guidelines from any Häfele policy/manual/handbook/book...).
-Teamwork and support others where needed. Do everything to enhance and to protect Häfele as a company and brand and don’t do anything that can cause disadvantage or damage Häfele as a company or brand.
-Other jobs assigned by direct supervisor and the company.
Yêu cầu công việc
–Degree Educated: Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, Purchasing or relevant major.
–At least 2 years practical experience with Procurement and Supply Chain.
–Ability to pinpoint opportunities and risks related to the supply plan and deliver effective resolutions.
–Communication abilities and computer competencies;
–Strong experience in SAP
–Analytical skills, proactive approach;
–Excellent English proficiency;
–Good at computer (MS Office, Excel, and internet);
–Excellent communication skill, negotiation skill, and interpersonal skill;
–Strong learning capability and problem solving skills;
–Good organizational and prioritization skills. High levels of creativity;
–Good presentation skills;
