Mô tả công việc

1. Set up KPI to the development of performance management to meet Material Quality and Product quality requirements. Management subordinates, leading the team to reach the specified goals
2. Manage the quality of material to feedback to SQE team or direct to Supplier for material issue solving.
3. Manage the finish goods quality in reliability testing.
4. Manage the quality of new product transferred and developed on site
5. Manage the customer audit and 3rd party audit.
6. Recruitment, training and staff management, organization and the establishment of a good team

Yêu cầu

1. University or equivalent degree or above, automated or electronic professional.
2. Fresh graduated is priority
3. Communicative English
4. Familiar with the ISO series system.
5. The implementation of the IPC-610 class 2, in order to meet production requirements.
6. Participated in the training of six sigma and TQM.
7. Undergraduate degree, electronics, production and management background.
8. Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
