R&D Technician

Department: R&D - Operations
Principle Accountabilities:
- Responsible for the execution of new product experiment in R&D and Production
Reporting Relationship:
- Reporting to R&D Category Manager
- Subordinate: None
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow Company’s regulations, including, not limited to, Food Safety & Quality, Safety – Health – Environment
- Conduct lab-scale experiments for NPD
- Supervise internal taste test
- Conduct and supervise a Lab scale for new products and product development
- Report shelf-life testing for new products and product development
- New packaging and label checking on technical information
- Make statistical overview of new products and product development
- Identify the ingredient, nutrition content for packaging printing as well as getting certificate
- Follow the testing production until getting final product as required
- Co-ordinate activities in lab and ensure work is executed in efficient and safe way as well as lab equipment complies quality standards
- Analyse samples in cooperation with QC
- Anh other tasks as assigned by his/her superiors

- Bachelor degree graduate in Food Technology, Food Science or related major
- At least 2 years’ experience in R&D, product development in food industry
- Good verbal and written English capability
- Good communication skill
- Detailed, careful and high responsibility
- Hard-working, willing to learn attitude
- Computer literate (MS office)
