- Follow up on delivery shipments, accurately review export documents.
- Check with our suppliers for the availability of goods before arranging inspection.
- Contact with the forwarding agents for export shipments’ booking.
- Compose wording documents, sales/purchases contract.
- Solve all issues related to customer’s/ supplier’s complaints.
- Submit shipping documents on time.
- Arrange shipping schedules, transportation, insurance, warehousing.
- Other work relating to Export and Import shipments.
- Effectively communicate with suppliers, customers and service providers in a professional manner.
- Support trading dept for issuing contracts, input/output trading data
