A. Reception task - Greet, welcome guests. - Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office. - Answer and forward incoming phone calls. - Receive, sort and distribute daily internal and external correspondence/deliveries - Schedule and coordinate meeting room, office car arrangements. - Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as scanning, faxing, copying, filing and transcribing. B. Administration Task - Manage and export timekeeping record from finger-print system. - Order and manage office supplies, stationery and keep inventory of stock. - Manage and record office cars expenses. - Manage and keep track of Cleaners’ works. - Tracking apartment lease period. - Make payment claim for all subsistence expenses of office and apartments. - Keep updated records of office expenses and costs. - Coordinate and record maintenance of office equipment. - Perform other administrative duties as assigned by immediately supervisor.
