* OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:
• Being front line of the center
• Handling the phone call and walk in customers with ease

* BASIC FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Reception duties:
• Serving visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
• Answering screening and forwarding any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
• Receiving and sorting daily mail /deliveries / couriers and making daily report.
• Maintaining security by following procedures and controlling access (monitoring logbook, issue visitor budgets)
• Updating appointment calendars and schedule meetings / appointments, interview…
• Performing other clerical receptionist duties such as filling, photocopying, collating, faxing etc
• Maintaining clean and orderly checkout areas
2. Cashier duties:
• Receiving payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debit
• Counting money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
• Daily payment record
• Compiling and maintaining non-monetary reports and records.
3. Customer service:
• Sending birthday card through email
• Writing counting date
• Making class management file
• Checking Grammar HW Extra
• Prepare stuff for opening classes
• Supporting customer service when necessary

Yêu cầu công việc

* QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:
• Experienced in Receptionist : 1 year
• Cash Management skills.
• English basic
* GENERAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Female, Age : 20 – 30 year olds
• Good looking is an advantage
• Being professional in greeting visitors and directing them to the right person or section
• Having good communication skill
• Being familiar with spreadsheets, word processing software, scanning and faxing
• Having multitasking capability
• Honest, dynamic and hardworking
* WORKING TIME: From 09:00am-18:30pm
* REMUNERATION: Negotiable
* OTHER BENEFITS & OBLIGATIONS (Alterable by the company policy)
