- Reception Area: + Welcome guests and visitors + Receive / transfer calls + Meeting room booking - Meeting & Training: + Set up AC, VC + Prepare lunch/ breakfast + Print materials training - Mails: + Receive & record mails + Delivery mail twice times/ day, or right after with special requests + Order airway bills from supplier (Fedex, EMS) and report to accountant - Stationary: Cartridge, Stationary - Office drink & cleaning: Order office refreshment (pantry) - Office Online Directory / Office Map: Update new comer or leaver. - Parking Registration: Update parking list - Fax: Collecting 2-3 times/ day - Administration: Attendance record + Door code - Taxi card: Prepare card for new comer. Inform taxi agent to cancel of leave or lost card. - Other requests from HCM Office Administrator
