Mô tả công việc- Welcome guests, visitors, customers in the polite manner and inform to person in charge
- Handle all incoming and outgoing telephone calls smoothly and transfer calls properly and politely to the call receivers
- Assist in daily documents and correspondence transferring in and out with proper record (letters/faxes/documents,…), and transfer to concerning person or department.
- Perform appropriate general affairs tasks
- Other works as assigned when necessary
