MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES •Welcoming guest and be in charge of in-coming/out-going mails. •Answering incoming calls to office directly transfer to relevant department as needed. •Arrange travel & accommodation booking for business trip. •Follow up annually record monthly. •Control taxi cards using of each Department. •Be responsible of self-display, stock, meeting rooms, reception area...to be clean and tidy all time. •Ensure office equipment is serviced and stationery is well stocked and available for using. •Assist staff with any meeting, presentation set up, trip and accommodation bookings. •Assist with marketing activities for Hanoi Office •Assist with some HR duties as required •Assist with arranging trips, meetings for MD in Hanoi •Other admin tasks as assigned by OM from time to time.

•Vietnamese Nationality, preferred female •Good command of English language (speaking & writing) •Good command of computer skills •Experience in administration 2 years and more, preferred in an international/global company. •Be hard working, honest and patient.
