1. Recruitment Researches, recruits, screens, interviews, and refers qualified candidates for Sales & Marketing positions as assigned. - Partners with managers and supervisors to identify and determine the knowledge, ability, skills, and other qualifications required. - Develops and maintains a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates. - Initiates contact with potential candidates to conduct initial screening and schedule interviews accordingly. - Reviews applications and interviews applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position. - Coordinates participation, setup, and drives efforts for career fairs. - Develops and maintains contacts with schools, alumni groups, and other public organizations to find and attract qualified candidates. - Provides information on company facilities and job opportunities to candidates. - Prepares offer letters of employment for prospective candidates utilizing the Compensation Guidelines. 2. Training: - Training for newcomer and arrange others internal training course - Search training suppliers, signed a contract with the partners at the company - Contact trainer and line managers to determine the location, time, facilities and training - Organize the training include: review the list of participants, distribution of materials and training, monitor trainee in training, support trainer in training - Manage training materials stipulated by regulations - Assist in conducting employee skill evaluations - Support and implement the system of performance appraisal 3. YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC Education & Experience Requirements - Bachelors Degree or equivalent education and training. - At least 2 years experience in recruiting Sales - Marketing positions. - Good command in English - Experience in Electronics Trading companies is an advantage.
