1) Recruitment: − Consult potential students and parents about APU and recruitment information; check applications and support applicants while applying and enrolling to APU − Organize and represent APU at visits to high schools, college fairs, and seminars − Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and government bodies − Handle database and update APU’s information to target audiences − Promote APU in Vietnam via Mass Communication − Manage the production of marketing materials, including brochure, leaflets, posters, newsletter, videos, etc. 2) Office administration and others: − Responsible for office supplies and expenses, documents and contracts record, liaison with suppliers and other tasks assigned by managers
