- Fit up and operate CNC machine - Maintain and keep warranty for CNC machine - Meet, support customers related technical issues. - Read English documents about CNC machine. - Go on business trip (domestic and foreign market) - Other tasks assigned by manager. - (Details will be discussed directly in the interview).

In the beginning, you must in- charge task in Hanoi Branch. From February to September 2019, you will temporarily work in HCM City for 7- 8 months. Accountant: (temporary for 7- 8 months): - To check, process & post all journal entries into accounting software to ensure all business transactions are recorded. Must have knowledge of Fast Accounting software. - To do as cashier and report cash book daily to General Manager - To issue invoices to customers - To update accounts receivable/ payable - To review/ control of expenses & be responsible for monthly payroll - Calculate salary for staffs and their PIT, social insurance - To prepare & submit monthly & quartly tax reports - To prepare & submit monthly internal accounting reports - After this time, you only do simple accounting tasks such as: collect red invoices, receipt from customer; report expenses in Hanoi Branch for HCM Head Office... Admin: • Manage office expense (Rental car, taxi, express, office phone, photocopy, office properties and fixed asset purchasing). • Work with other related department to ensure office service quality (IT system, air conditioner system, and so on). • Manage office properties, devices and fixed assets. • Translate company’s documents when required. • Doing office work (including sales support) • Support Japanese General Manager. • Do other tasks assigned by General Manager.
