1. Role purpose(Maximum one or two sentences, stating why the job exists in the organization and what it is there to
The Sales and Relationship Executive is accountable for area appointed Banca business activities and meeting sales
targets; developing partner’s salesforce and create capabilities to ensure the business targets are achieved; building
effective relationships and ongoing communication internally & externally to ensure smoothly operation;

2. Business Activities execution:
· Cooperate with NCB’s employees including but not limited to Regional Manager, Branch Manager, Team
Leaders, Loan Officers, Tellers, Bank’s Banca team… in planning sales & training activities including On Board,
GP, Meeting, Event, Pipeline for sales.
· Regularly visit banks for quality as well as meeting the Branches Manager to discuss progress and issues.
· Support the Bank sale force, review the process including any feedback provided by the sale force to assess
the effectiveness of the current process, and make recommendations for the improvement of the process.
Assist sale force by answering queries and addressing issue
· Deploy the planned sales & training activities in the assigned Bank Partners to achieve projected sales
targets including APE, Recruitment & Active ratio.
· Supervise & manage sales performance in the assigned Bank Partners and sales team in terms of APE,
recruitment, active ratio & compliance
· Train & develop the agency force including: RM/TL and sales team in accordance with the career path in the
assigned Bank Partners
· Others: assigned by Head of NCB Banca from time to time.
3. Relationship management
· Develop solid and effective relationship with bank partners within appointed areas
· Develop a wide range of relationships and networks with the local NCB staffs for their commitment &
motivation of Banca Sales.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor or higher Degree preferably in Economics, Banking, Marketing, Insurance
- Advantage: Specific certificate in the business sector: LOMA, etc
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and consultative selling skills
- Partner with the client in creating a multi year vision and strategy
- Strong commitment to timing and quality standards
- Must be able to work independently and be a team player
- Ability to think quickly under stressful situations
- Ability to communicate ideas in a clear, concise, and articulate manner
- Ability to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- At least 2 year experience in sale / marketing management
- Additional insurance/training/banking experience are advantages
- Excellent VNs written, speaking and presentation skills
- IT application: MS Office/email
- Result/solution oriented
- A keen sales aptitude with proven track record of success in the field of training, marketing and sales.
