• One who is willing to take on the challenge of selling services Translation/Interpretation and the Vision of the company. Our mission and brand means a lot to us, alongside our partners. Our customers look for what we have but our customers/partners are all we have.
•Present, Promote and Sell Services: Understand the difference between incremental and developing business. Be comfortable with emails, telephones and customer face-to-face interaction.
•A basic understanding of business development and having exceptional time-management skills.
•Do not be afraid of doing arranged and prospective telesales (Cold and Warm)
•With great support from the marketing
department and all other teams (The individual will be given an element of free-roam).
•The sales executive will report directly to the S&M manager for which a weekly review will occur to see growth statistics and what can be tweaked to adjust the sales strategy.
•This will be a stringent commission role with a basic salary of [insert company budget number here] (OTE upto 30-40 Million VND)
•This is a KPI established role and more details will be revealed to the candidate dedicated in establishing a career in Ho Chi Minh, VN.
•Understand how to talk to customers, know customer relationship management is not just a phone call but a follow up. Understand customer life-cycle.
•Resolve of customer objections and be able to communicate at both sales and management level.
•Hunger, Hunger, Profit Hunger! Confident in achieving agreed KPI targets.
•Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
•Understand a level of territory sales, competition acknowledgement and reporting on any industry news that would benefit the company in understanding consumer behaviour.
