Career Level: at least 2-year experienced sales engineer (Non-Manager)

Main purpose of the role
To develop, sell, and successfully implement product or service solutions that will meet the customer’s need.
Pre-sales activities include analyzing customer’s technical needs, preparing calculations and recommending solutions.
 Selling goods and services, using technical knowledge and establishing strong business partnerships with customers.
 Developing SKF market share in Vietnam in terms of Product Sales, Technical Service and Condition Monitoring Service. Subject to be assigned by period
 To conduct on-site product training and technical training to customers
 Draw up proposals, explaining benefits, cost estimates etc.
 Demonstrate and explain product/service to customers.
 Draw up sales/service contract.
 Understand competitor activity and make plans accordingly.
 Weekly/monthly/ quarterly/ annually working plan
 Corporate with other departments to get the task of the team is done

Yêu cầu công việc

- Male , from 25 to 35 years old
- Graduated Polytechnic University specializing in Mechanical/ Mechatronic/ Electronic Dept.
- High moral integrity, code of conduct
- Good understanding of marketing strategy, sales process, technique and control system.
- Experience either in maintenance service or technical sales to various industries
- Targeted knowledge and approach, particularly on growing VSM/Two Wheeler segment and Supporting key drives clients
- To support SKF Distributors and new VSM/Two Wheeler Distributors to grow the market (Hanoi)
- Key account/segment support, particularly drives clients (pumps, Motors, Fans) (Hanoi)
- Knowledge/ Experience in process engineering and/or the reliability function within heavy industry (i.e. VSM, Cement, Pulp & Paper, Metals, Mining, Power…)
- Good spoken and written communication in English and computer skills.
- Confident in negotiating with clients
- Solid presentation skills
- Local Vietnamese individual with good communication skill and team work ability
- Travel within Vietnam and abroad
For SKF Hanoi:
- Work Location: F7,105 Lang Ha, Dong Da Dist., Hanoi
- Starting working : from Mid of April 2019 onwards
For SKF Ho Chi Minh
- Work Location: R2, 4Fl., Crescent Plaza, 105 Ton Dat Tien, Tan Phu ward, Dist.7, HCMC
- Starting working : from Mid of April 2019 onwards
