- Identify, develop and deliver sales target as per company objectives and plans. - Maintain and update customer database for all residential projects. - Be responsible for achieving sales target/ Key Performance Indicator. - Prepare, develop and conduct sales presentation to customer aim to push sales within the market assigned. - Work closely with Customer Service about customer’s questions/ complaints to resolve any claims if any. - Establish and maintain close relationships with potential customers and purchasers. - Assist Sales Manager in planning, creating, executing and developing sales promotion plan and activities to achieve sales target. - Weekly/daily report on sales activities of assigned markets. - Carry out market survey as assigned/ when it is necessary.

- Minimum 2- 4 years in sales (experience in real estate is a highly advantage). - Proven track record in residential properties sales. - Good communication and negotiation in English and Vietnamese. - Team spirit, willing to work as team and honesty. - Drive for results, Problem solving and organization skills. - Good interpersonal skills and presentation skills, Able to work independent and under high pressure. - Highly self–motivation with a customer-oriented mindset. - Good working attitude with a high level of professionalism, integrity, initiative and excellent interpersonal skills. - Ability to work on weekends and public holidays is essential.
