Responsible for the overall growth of respective regions for OMRON healthcare and medical equipments and ensure that it is aligned with the overall respective regions’ sales target. Respective regions are Thailand.
1. Sales planning and Sales Promotion strategy
- To set up sales strategy and action plan of OMRON healthcare and medical equipments products for individual region aligning with the annual regional sales development strategy.
- To generate area sales plan, sales planning for individual categories quarterly and yearly.
- To implement sales promotions, and other marketing activities as generated by management.
2. Achievement of sales target and generate market analysis
- Responsible for the overall growth of area sales target and objectives.
- To identify and develop strategy to expand existing key distributors.
- To generate and develop communication plans and presentation materials for objectives directed by management.
3. Develop hospital channel and OTC channel to manage distributors
- To identify and develop a strategy to expand new key distributors.
- To manage and implement procedure for sales to distributors, such as sales forecast, order process, delivery.
- To plan and execute product training and marketing activities with distributors to upgrade knowledge and skills for
Medical healthcare channel.
- To communicate with distributors on sales strategy, marketing and company policies.
- To provide consultative advises for upbringing distributors business profit and sales.
- To build strategic network with medical institution, association, and personnel.
- To monitor and manage distributor inventory.
- Work follow the assignment by manager and company.
