- To identify special Food Service customers such as Airlines, Hotel Chains & Food Service specific customers such as Restaurants, Cafes, Office catering, food courts etc. and develop individual plans to strengthen relationship and develop the business through improved pro-active work program.
- To establish a database of Food Service customers - maintain and update database and enable sharing information between customers to maximize sales opportunities and to strengthen relationship.
- To launch an annual Food Service initiative with special promotional programs to increase customer loyalty and induce new customers and to assist our distributors in expanding Food Service sales.
- To conduct end-user training to maximize Food Service opportunities
- To achieve the company Food service sales targets
- Having an experienced “hands on” manager preferably at least 2 years selling experience in the Food service/HORECA segment selling a food or beverage brand/product.
- Having strong business development, negotiation and commercial relationship development skills with a strong Food and Beverage Hospitality background would be ideal.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills and the ability to meet and work with Senior Hospitality and F & B professionals.

A leading International company with a popular Food Brand and recognized as a unique marketing company, has vacancies in Senior positions to work for the National Exclusive distributor office based in HCM City. The selected candidates will report directly to the Expatriate Country representative whilst working within the Local company structure.
These vacancies are for dynamic sales professionals who can take the already popular brand to reach the required expansion targets in Vietnam. Jobs are national appointments and would require travel to all parts of Vietnam on a planned itinerary.
Since the jobs are management jobs we would expect the candidates to possess the basic management and leadership skills and to manage a small team under them as well. A good educational background would be required backed with competencies, skills, passion and dedication to achieve dynamic results.
The company presently has a reasonable foot print in the Food service /HORECA sector in Vietnam but sees greater opportunity to further expand and professionalize the Food service operations. The job entails both customer acquisition and Customers retention programs.
The role requires the manager not only to develop the Sales Strategy but also to “execute” it not only at trade level but also at the “user” level.
