Mô tả công việc

- Our ideal candidate is at the leading edge of the Industry and marketing trends. He/she will oversee a global sales and marketing strategy that can generate both a highly desirable image of our brand to the public, as well as new business opportunities and sales.
- He/she will have the ability to bring our customers and audience members closer by building a virtual relationship with them through social medias and Internet communications, but also through the traditional networking channels.
- He/she will understand the connections between exposure on social medias and increased search rankings, to optimize the visibility of the company online and enlarge its audience.
Scope of work:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies for our different communication channels.
• Optimize the visibility of our website and products online with an efficient SEO strategy.
• Frequently blog and keep our social media profiles active.
• Manage regular posts and respond to followers.
• Seek new ways to advertise through social events and corporate relationships and communicate internally with an up-to-date event schedule.
• Write curated e-mails and newsletters on a Monthly basis to inform our customers about the news, and promotions of the shop.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers to maintain, grow and secure more business opportunities.
• Conduct sales planning and follow up in line with company sales targets, objectives and strategies.
• Create and develop partnerships with professionals in the real estate, Architecture/Design and construction businesses (B2B).
• Drive and increase the traffic in the showroom and take care of the day-to-day walk-in customers.
• Work closely with other departments within the company, e.g. sea/air operations and accounting to provide a satisfying service to our customers.

Yêu cầu công việc

• At least 3 years experience as a Manager
• At least 2-3 years experience in Market Research
• Good at Sales and have experience in Vietnam market
• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or a Related Field.
• Be talented at Customer Service, Client Relationships, Interpersonal Communication, Marketing Strategies, Product Development, Creativity, Financial Strategy, Data Tracking, Written and Verbal Communication, Organization, Planning, Research and Analysis, People Management, Leadership
• Proficiency in English is imperative
• Ability to create respect and trust
• Capability to work both independently and with a team
• Willing to face to challenges, learn and develop continuously
Soft Skills:
- Microsoft Office suite (World, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
- Very good IT and Internet skills
- Very good communication and PR skills
- Fluent English and Vietnamese
Working time:
• Monday – Sat: 9.30 am to 17h30pm.
English CV is required

Salary: from 18 to 23 million Net + bonus on sale target per month
