Responsible for the overall operations & management of Samsung Experience Shops. Deliver profit and ensure long-term vision and goals.
Responsible in driving in-store innovation ensuring premium & dominant Samsung look across all the categories. This role has full understanding of consumer journey and path to purchase
Showcase Strategy-Building
• Provide thorough analysis of SC performance and opportunities. Set the vision, objectives strategies and tactics to drive KPIs.
• Effective Management and aligned with the Global Strategy and Local Strategy.
• Build the vision and short term/long term plan for SC to drive the Business objectives (Marketing objectives)
• Manage SC as a MKT hub in pioneering new ideas/ new applications product launches/ MKT campaigns…
• Frequently search & update best-in-class digital & traditional MKT Concept & Principles globally and for quick re-application in local market.
• Build, manage & enlarge the Databases of SC consumers (visitors/ Samsung fans/current shoppers & end-user and potential customers) to drive marketing plan and contents.
Showcase building
• Own all the T&C of the store with the entire partner related to: Leasing, 3rd party for operation.
• Work closely with HQ for developing design concept and integrated with local consumer insight for all the categories with delightful shopping experience
• Drive the concept development of in-store designs, visual identity and merchandising.
• Select, lead and evaluate agency/ vendor/ supplier to ensure their best in class Executions & timely Launch for all MKT activities.
Showcase KPI Setting and Reports Generation & Analysis
• KPI setting and measurement.
• Monitor & analyze data. Maintain and analyze critical KPI scorecards/dashboard.
• Communicate and review periodically with internal stakeholders. Provide monthly reports to RHQ and HQ
• SC Reviews monthly/quarterly with management team.
Investment Strategy
• Evaluate the financial Aspects of MKT Activities, such as Budgets, Expenditures, ROI and P&L Projections,
Traffic and Demand Generation
• Develop competitive marketing programs in coordination with the PM, MarCom and Sales cross-functional teams.
• Craft exclusive services & additional product-value offering
• Build and control Marketing calendar from all the categories to drive the traffic to store by event/activation/activities to deliver SC KPIs
People Management
• Provide quality training to all store staff ~ focused on delightful consumer experience.
• Lead & supervise MKT teams & agencies/ vendors, manage all aspects of marketing operations and daily execution.
Cross-Functional Interaction
• Work closely with Key stake holders in all divisions to understand drivers of market growth and consumer demand & shopper needs
• Work closely with others division to integrate and control all the product launch/activities into 1 master activities to make sure the effectiveness for the SC as a Marketing event point

• Managing Nationalwide Services Network for Comsumer Electronics (CE) product categories:
 Making strategy plan for CE Service network in line with business strategic management plan, stretch plan & business growth. Which covers Service Centers nationwide including Customer Service Plaza (CSP), Major Service Center (MSC – Exclusive Samsung Service Center), Authorized Service Center (ASC – Multi brand); Collection points and the subsequence to go along side with the business development.
 To ensure the network coverage built up and expansion planned follow the business strategy plan and execution in terms of business size and product portfolio.
• CE Dealers Support Management: To anticipate apart into the Dealer Support Management mandate to ensure fulfillment for Dealers’ inquiries which including but not limited to:
 Responsible for monitoring and making improvement plans on all Dealer Support Operations key performance indexes (KPIs) such as VOD handling, Correspondence, SLAs…
 Collaborate with business units to customize and optimize the processes upon required for each particular strategy dealer based on the company standard policy and process to ensure full support for business strategy customized.
 Manage the Stock repair and other supports to Dealer such as FOC repair, discount repair to ensure they are strictly followed company policy but be still dealer supportive by a business supportive manner.
 Setup, monitor & manage for the processes and daily operations between nationwide Service centers network and dealers to make sure pending are tracked and managed properly and timely.
 Conduct system training as needed on various system improvements and implementation to ensure process efficiency within the service network.
 Formulate and recommend policies and procedures which will optimize service operational processes.
 Setup and implement for Dealer Satisfaction survey and improvement action plan that need to be built and followed accordingly and properly.
• Technical Support for CE Products:
 Managing for all inquiries relating to Technical support requirement from all sources which including but not limited to nationwide service centers, call center, interdepartment, dealer…
 To provide the technical training to the Service network for the Technician, Receptionist; Warehouse keeper… and any related PIC in the SVC that needs to know SS CE product technical knowledge; and Call agents in Call center.
 To make sure the readiness for the new product launching in terms of providing the technical training to the related counterparties especially the repair skill readiness to the Technician.
 To make and provide the relevant Product Value Information related to the new product which including Software, Service Manual, Training Manual, Service Bulletin, Repair Tip, Consultant Tip but not limited to the contents to be uploaded on the website to support the customer.
 Make sure to comply with government requirement for new product launching. And pre-launching product field test is also involved just in case required.
 To handle for all product liability related that strictly follow the HQ guideline accordingly and properly.
 Market Initial Quality Management by monitoring for the ASR index for new product launching; Reporting to the management for the awareness in time and working with the related counterparties for the countermeasure.
 To work with related counterparties in setting up for the related KPIs and its targets. Drive the team to ensure all KPIs are hit..
• Service Strategy Plan: To participate with HoD for trategy plan and drive execution to make sure maintening the No. 1 Customer Satisfaction in the market that creates the service differentiation to the market.
