Specific Accountabilities: - Customize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other Schenker applications - Implement projects including WMS, EDI in line with DBSchenker’s and/or customers’ requirements - Provide user training / support for WMS and other Schenker applications - Support users during office and non-office hours follow the company’s IT standby support policy - Backup WMS and other databases.

Drive cost savings initiatives. - Ensure SOP’s are always updated and followed. - Ensure safe working conditions in close cooperation with HSSE. - Drive service quality and cost efficiency of subcontracted warehouse services. - Promote trust and team spirit with other departments such as Transport, HSSE, Commercial Management, BD, IT and Procurement. - Set goals for the team and track progress.
