• Make the master production plan and inventory plan for the whole factory;
• Make production task plan for teams, and also coordinate, monitor and follow-up with team leaders through the complete production cycle;
• Propose the delivery time to meet customer request based on the plan;
• Make purchasing request list for the purchasing department based on PO.;
• Monitor the material purchasing and delivery time to meet the production plan;
• Check and monitor the progress of the plan every day, together with the manager to ensure the production team follow the plan;
• Coordination with relative departments to identify the potential issues, such as short of material, machines problem and labor shortage and etc., which will interrupt the productions, and take proactive action to solve those problems;
• Work together with the supply chain and production department to control inventory levels and determine opportunities to reduce the cost and improve the services to the customer;
• Follow-up with the solutions for customer’s complaint;
• Monitor, analysis and report the daily production performance (including plan status, delivery status) to vice director;
• Obtain production output information (such as wood yield, number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.) and make suggestions;
• Keep paperwork organized;
• Other tasks assigned by the company.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Full management of the workshop production;
• Responsible for workshop 5S and production safety.
• Ensure the product quality meet company quality standard;
• Responsible for review and receive production orders and technical documents (technical drawings, samples);
• Daily working with the scheduler to make production plan and Daily follow-up with each workshop team.
• Ensure the whole workshop team follow the production plan and meet the delivery schedule.
• Ensure the workshop team follow production procedure and control the material waste.
• Work with other departments, such as HR to train and manage workers and FD to check inventory monthly.
• Responsible for workshop team building to make teams to work in an independently and cooperatively way.
• Responsible for implementing company regulation, labor management, asset management and etc.
