ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Acquiring new accounts & generating a healthy funnel in line with the targets. • Forecasting and achieving monthly business targets by offering bundled IT solutions enterprise customers. • Business planning strategy & Execution of the strategies for the assigned territory. • Managing relationship, senior level positioning, effective mapping with clients. • Understanding of assigned accounts organizational structure and decision-making hierarchy. • Ability to make executive solutions, pitches and presentations. • Strategic clients planning skills with execution capabilities. • Ability to understand and interpret clients’ key requirements • Staying updated studying the new technologies and to be certified by vendors and organizations that provide products to ensure the technical skills needed for performing the position in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the company • Consulting services, quotations, and manages projects to ensure their development and execution within the terms, conditions and within the margin and return defined by Softline • Generating Business from the assigned clients / area for the products assigned.

TRAITS TO SUCCEED: • Sales / Consulting / Account Managing experience in Microsoft licensing, O365, Azure, Dell/HP/UBS products and / or related areas in Cloud. • Experience in solutions & consultative sales of IT and Network Services like Hosted Application, Mail Messaging, Managed IT and network services contact center / IT Infrastructure management tools / Telecom data services. • Experience in handling enterprise accounts / account management and solution/ technical sales. • Excellent understanding of various software products and their licensing policies. • Communicates effectively verbally including excellent presentation skills and can communicates clearly in writing. • Must be target oriented, self-starter and aggressive enough to achieve the defined targets.
