To be responsible and accountable for the commercial management of Ha Noi area. To maximize sales profit and ensure efficient operation of the stores,
SITE EXPANDSION :
- To find strategic location for store expansion
- Lead Project/HN team in dealing, negotiating direct with landlord for site rental and sign contract/deposit.
- Direct all operational aspects including, customer service, frontline team, administration and sales
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities, traffic to stores
- Manage, allocate sales budget appropriately, ensure layout/planogram to be followed and reflects consumer demand and generate extra business by delivering and implementing effective and creative promotion which encourage customer to stores.
- Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth
- Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
- Closely monitor competitor activities, weekly store visits to ensure competitive advantage is maintained.
- Ensure control in stores to meet business target and budgets in the following :
o Staff Cost
o Theft and loss
o Stores expense
o Stock level, stock turn days
- Deliver the customer service of the highest standard, ensure staff understand and carry out such standard.
- Train and develop such service oriented culture within our store operation.
- To deal with customer queries and complaint.
- Maintain Operational excellences and Mystery shoppers Scored at accepted level.
HYGIENE AND SAFETY :
- To ensure health and safety regulations are being observed.
- To ensure a safe working environment is maintained.
- To ensure all staff are trained in emergency procedures.
THEFT AND LOSS / SECURITY :
- Ensure all company procedures in relation to cash, stock control are fully understood and implemented, utilizing supervisor checklist.
- Minimize store theft and loss, create controls, security measures and train staff on general awareness.
MANAGEMENT, DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING OF TEAM MEMBER :
- Control, organize and utilize staff effectively in order to maximize staff productivity.
- Provide effective leadership, motivation and training for appropriate staff at store level, setting and maintaining high standards.
- Apply personnel principles to handle disciplinary procedures.
- Work together with training department in developing and delivery of appropriate training
- Train and develop Store Manager / Relief Manager in management techniques - management information analysis, leadership, motivation, communication, MBO, etc.
