- Manage the processes of Time Attendance, Payroll, Social Insurance, PIT, C&B database update accurately and timely. - Manage the process of doing annual budget. - Manage HR software (Cadena system) and cooperate with Cadena to improve systems functions. - Set up rules, policies; provide guideline and assist HR Manager and Operation Department in performing their daily works. - Participate in improving and developing of C&B procedures, process and supporting tools for HR Department. - Update to HR Manager new Laws and Regulations related to C&B from the Government. - Support in managing employee benefits scheme according to the Labour Law and company Policy. - Build the training material of internal C&B procedure; present and advise employees about the internal and external regulations and practice related to C&B. - Advice other members of HR team as well as other employees on basic C&B topics. - Solve employment issues and Labour disputes. - Prepare C&B reports; perform C&B analyses and projects as required - Assist HR Manager in preparing and controlling budget for C&B team. - Recruit staffs for C&B team. - Manage uniforms and Food hygiene and safety for Operation Department. - Process and Manage visa, Work permits and other benefits for expatriates. - Manage team and other assignment from Line Manager.

- Strong analytical skills, able to surface real problems & issues (in people & business context). - Advanced excel & database capabilities. - English - Retails experience is not a must but a plus.
