Reporting to the Customer Engagement Team Leader, the appointee will be responsible for content Marketing across all channels and driving adoption for FE’s suite of Mobile Apps. He / She should have knowledge, experience working on content creation and is passionate about building brands and attracting customer through owned channels and mobile apps .This is a collaborative role and is expected to add significant value to Brand Build, business marketing and customer engagement.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Ø Owned Channels:
- Take responsibility for driving FE CREDIT website content and quality.
- Manage and improve online content, considering tracking SEO and Google Analytics data and provide to Team leader for further analysis
- Take ownership of website traffic analysis and management, leads generation and remarketing
- Develop mobile optimized websites for STP of PL and Banca – from Ads to Leads to Conversion – on an automated basis.
Ø Content Marketing:
- Content Marketing Assets Creation - Develop and continuously refresh a Content Library of engaging customer materials, in the form of static and animated info-graphics, videos, interactive capabilities, clips, expert articles/educational content etc., with the end objective of attracting customers to choose FE CREDIT
- Propose content angles and strategy by working closely with others units of Marketing team, and expert agencies
- Manage and owned Digital content to engage, educate and entertain customer ( Zalo message, Facebook message)
Ø Mobile Apps:
- Work with Marketing, Product and Innovation teams on content creation across all platforms, with an adept ability to copy-write, proactively identify content opportunities, create reactionary content, and synergism our brand with trending moments and pop culture elements in real time.
- Drive awareness, downloads, signups and utilization of mobile apps on a regular basis
- Collaborate with product developers to optimize the platform’s technical solutions and data flows for new features and functionality that solves for innovative storytelling, engagement, and best user experience.
- Develop an effective push notification strategy that engages audience members and drives them to take action.
- Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement
Modus Operandi:
A. Collaborating with other Functions
- Close collaboration and engagement with all key stakeholders – Business Development, Operations, Credit Card Business Center and Group marketing to get updates and prepare contents for company and product information
- Collaborate with Brand team to ensure optimal PR/media exposure on periodic basis
