Roles & Responsibilities:
Implementation human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, government compliance, and labor relations; completing personnel transactions.
1. Talent Acquisition
- Responsible to oversee the entire recruitment and selection process, include developing strategies to target and recruit candidate pool using a variety of tools and techniques
- Duly take charge of the whole recruitment process: ranging from candidate searching, screening, interviewing, collecting all assessment, doing reference-check, proposing salary offer and contacting offer with candidate and preparing welcome employee
- Update job knowledge: participating in industry event; reading professional publications; maintaining and building networking; participating in professional organizations.
- Design, build and implement long-term innovative recruitment programs that can effectively attract fresh talents, including internship programs, campus recruitment.
2. Talent Retain & Development
- Propose training for junior and senior staffs, including developing a curriculum and obtaining strategic resources and partners as trainers
- Coordinate and support employees joining industry contests; projects…
- Provide employee engagement and HR support in the aligned people process through effective employee relations/counsel & query/grievance handling
3. HR Policy & Benefits and Employee Engagement / Relationship
- Work with HR Manager to review and propose policies relating to employees’ benefits
- Work with Payroll Service Company to deliver company payroll monthly; update Social Insurance, PIT, labor report and PIT finalization in timely manner
- Be main person in charge of employee life-cycle in company from welcome on boarding to employee meeting; prepare labor contract, letters; implement and coordinator in performance appraisal, employee relationships, activities… to conduct exit interview for employee departure.
- Work with expatriates to collect documents to submit visa, work permit and resident permit…
- Manage employee communication and feedback through such avenues as company meetings, suggestion programs, employee satisfaction surveys, newsletters, employee focus groups, one-on-one meetings, and Intranet use.
- Coordinate company health benefits, including annual health checks, fitness programs and insurance policies
- Coordinate internal company functions, events and annual incentive trips
- Ensure competitiveness of salary and benefit schemes, through industry review

Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent, with 3+ years of relevant experience in an equivalent role. Preferably in an Advertising or Service driven industry.
- Should have fair understanding of Agency business and able to formulate HR priorities for the business
- Excellent command over English language – written and verbal
- Strong planning and organizing skills, with eyes to handle details
- High work standard and integrity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative style of work and able to motivate peers
