Mô tả công việcHR Task
• To manage all aspects of HR resource processes and practice (workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, employees learning and development, retention management, performance assessment program)
• Develop and implement HR policies and regulation of the company
• Recruit for all levels within the organization hand-in-hand with dedicated recruiter on team. Ensure achievement of recruiting goals to plan. Strategically drive large volume of candidates into recruiting funnel for field labor roles.
• Consults with legal counsel as appropriate, or as directed by Manager, on personnel matters.
• Recommends, evaluates and participates in staff training and development for the organization.
• Drives the performance review process and work hand in hand with executive management to develop organizations wage and salary program.
• To check, advise and control the use and expense of electricity, water, stationery, company car, etc.
• To arrange for pest control including termite, rat, mosquito, etc.
• To check for ensuring the good condition of fittings, furniture, office equipment and landscape.
• In charge for security, hygiene, cleaning & building/ office maintenance.
• To support for transportation (inc. demo arrangement), traveling & accommodation
• To arrange and negotiate for corporation agreement with service agents for administrative issues
• To follow up and advise for Firefighting and Environment matters
• Planning for cost control of relevant issues under responsibilities of admin.
• To arrange, assign and handle internal admin works to strengthen the admin team
• To make report, give solution and get advices from Management on outstanding
Yêu cầu công việc• University degree (preferred fields are HR, Communication, PR, Sociology and Psychology)
• People oriented and results driven
• Excellent active listening and negotiation skills
• In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Laws
• Fluent verbal and written English
• Prior experience in the multinational environment is desired
• Experience in major disciplines of HR – recruitment, training, compensation & benefits and employee
