+Mainly in charge for Recruitment activity in Northern Region and Back-Office vacancies in Head Quarter +Execute recruitment activities according to approved headcount and recruitment requests from Department +Discuss with Hiring Manager in order to fully understand their needs and consult them with market trend +Support and collaborate with other Departments in screening and interviewing to select qualified candidates, from Junior to Managerial level +Screen application forms, shortlist applicants and implement selection processes, including interview and tests +Prepare Offer letter for chosen candidate and send rejection to the others who are not qualified +Provide guide line in terms of company culture, policies, structure, required documents for new comer +Collect all needed documents and hand-over to C&B team before candidate’s onboarding +Create e-mail/account for new-comer and inform IT department for work station preparation +Co-ordinating with Universities for Job-fair event +Prepare potential candidates pipelines for anticipated need in the future and conduct market benchmarking

+Bachelor degree in Human resources/Business or equivalent+At least 3 years’ experience in HR/Recruitment field+Outstanding communication and collaboration skill+Good command of English+Dynamic, flexibility and able to push Hiring manager for feed-back+Interested in enhancing recruitment activity using Technology
