Reports to Customer Service Manager
The Service Engineer provides support to the Vietnamese market from a service standpoint as well as the ANCA Asia branch when required.
Provides the highest level of service support to our customers in Vietnam region and Asia as requested and measurable via customer reviews.
Successfully completes installations at the customer’s site as well as per the schedule.
Develop servicing skills through the help of ‘Other Asia’ Engineers as well as After Market Training courses.
Completes ANCA’s reporting system such as VCRM on time and as required.
Service and installation of machine tools on time, on budget as per schedule
Ability to provide customer service in a thorough and timely manner.
Quality of customer technical support and service – efficient and quality repairs, trouble shooting and diagnostic ability.
Achieves a high level of customer satisfaction with the service performed.
Quality of service and customer intelligence and feedback, i.e. accurate, currency, and usable.
Commitment to continuous improvement in all aspects of field service and technical support.

Establish and facilitate quality feed back sessions in order to improve quality audits, installations and warranty of medical installations worldwide.

Maintain a health and safe work environment and work with the Line manager to mitigate and eliminate hazards that put at risk fellow employees.

Demonstrable ability to develop and operate ANCA software including 3D Simulator
Demonstrable ability to operate CNC Grinding machines to produce commercially acceptable cutters & tools
Demonstrable ability to read and interpret engineering drawings & sketches.
