Design the overarching social media strategy for the organization and lead on execution and evaluation of results. Manage the day-to-day community management and execution for Company’s social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. Create compelling content to engage, cultivate and nurture Company’s online communities Monitor and analyze trending topics and relevant social conversations through social listening to gain audience insights and competitive intelligence Create and manage Company social media editorial calendar Produce or edit copy for all of Company’s social media channels Stay up-to-date on emerging platforms, technologies and industry best practices.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field 3+ years of experience in related fields Strong, witty writer and editor with experience in online social publishing Knowledge of photography, video and photo editing and design (Adobe Illustrator) Strong interpersonal, multi-tasking and organization skills, a collaborative nature, and the ability to work in a cross-functional environment Self-starter with a DIY mentality and grace under (deadline) pressure PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Solid understanding of F&B industry Prior experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
