Mô tả công việcAs a Sr manager of CQE/RMAE organization in Vietnam, you are responsible for engaging directly with customers in Vietnam to ensure all quality related issues across all of Qualcomm’s products are resolved quickly and to customer’s satisfaction. This includes all components in the chipset of premium and value tiers platforms. You will be managing a team up to 10+ engineers (Qualcomm and contractors) daily tasks to achieve Qualcomm head quarter’s quality objectives. You will also manage RMA labs in Bac Ninh and Hanoi to ensure all debug tools such as ATE, XRAY, CSAM, IV curve, bench, and customer socket phones are always functional. You will lead debug and data gathering activity in partnership with other technical disciplines within Qualcomm and customers. You will provide onsite support at Mobile factories in Bac Ninh, Thai Nguyen, Hai Phong, and Ho Chi Minh City. You are expected to make occasional travel oversea.
Yêu cầu công việcMaster or Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field. 8+ years of semiconductor and/or customer quality engineer experience. Management experience is a plus.
Fluency in Vietnamese/English is a must. Korean is a plus.
8+years of customer quality engineering experience. Management skill and interaction with customer’s executive is a plus.
Strong Semiconductor Quality experience and solid knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and Module process: key aspects of fabrication and assembly, especially those contributing to customer issues.
Finger Print Sensor Module architect and functional knowledge is a plus.
Demonstrated proficiency in the following soft skills: Eloquently manage customer under pressure; being proactive and taking initiative to drive issue resolution; having a teachable attitude; demonstrated leadership skills; Always strive for the best and exceed expectation attitude.
Communication Skills: - strong verbal and written skills; ability to clearly organize and articulate information; seeks win/win resolution in difficult situations.
