• Own the full life-cycle of recruitment process and implementation • Develop and implement a sourcing methodology that utilizes multiple channels to identify top talents in the market leveraging Hitachi Consulting’s network and brand • Develop in-depth relationships with vendors and partners • Actively communicate with candidates throughout the process keeping them engaged and abreast of the process • Owner of a database for future research and analysis on potential candidates • Prepare hiring reports on recruitment status • Deliver leadership role to Talent Acquisition team • Partner closely with Hitachi Consulting Vietnam and Regional Human Resources team to focus on executing the firm’s talent acquisition strategy • Act as a champion of Hitachi’s value system; Incorporate Hitachi’s culture into how you approach and engage with candidates • Deep understanding of Vietnam’s labor market • Direct and promote Employer Branding activities • Other tasks as assigned

Education and Experience: • 5-7 years of experience as an in-house recruiter and 3 years plus in managerial skill, preferably within IT solution firms Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Comfortable in a high demand, fast-paced and intellectual environment • Strong leadership and compliance awareness • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) • Being analytical, initiative and able to work under pressure
