The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for promoting Central Group Vietnam to be Employer of Choice to attract, engage talents for successfully satisfying business requirements.
- Coordinate with depts/vendors/functions to ensure that all activities and initiatives relating to employer branding are initiated and completed on time;
- Corporate with internal stakeholders to organize events of Central Group VN;
- Combine with Corporate Comm Dept. to maintain or create internal communication programme for internal communication tools: Internal bulletin board, Internal Magazine Big Cười; flyers, Corporate video;
- Conduct research that helps to identify sources of potential employment candidates;
- Work with internal recruiters to hold the proper activities with the right message and material through the right channels to attract targeted audiences:
+Online channels: Social networks, Digital Marketing
tools, Career page,….
+Offline channels: Job fairs, student programs, recruitment campaigns…
- Etablish solid relationship with hiring managers, act as talent advisor/ consultant in all aspects of recruitment by focusing on hiring expectations, candidate assessment
- Conduct successful recruitment outcome and quality of hire by mastering recruiting skills such as interviewing, selecting, testing, matching…
- Liaise with peer group of recruiters to define best practices and promote knowledge sharing
- Other activities according to job requirements and assigned by superiors.
